Welcome to JMT Pro. By accessing our website or purchasing custom ECM tuning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom Tuning Services & Vehicle Compliance

All custom ECM calibrations provided by JMT Pro are engineered based on customer-submitted vehicle specifications. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that their vehicle and any performance modifications comply with all local, provincial, and federal emissions laws and road safety regulations in their jurisdiction.

2. Accuracy of Vehicle Data

Customers must provide accurate VIN numbers, engine serial numbers, and hardware modification lists. JMT Pro is not responsible for performance issues or ECU incompatibilities resulting from incorrect customer data.

3. Warranty & Liability Limits

Performance modifications carry inherent mechanical risks. JMT Pro provides calibrated files using safe thermal and torque limits; however, we are not liable for pre-existing mechanical wear, component failures, or misuse of equipment under extreme operation.

4. Payment & Order Cancellation

Due to the custom software engineering involved in hand-tuned ECM files, orders are non-refundable once software generation has commenced.
